SELECTION & HARVEST

It all begins with the careful selection of 100% Blue Weber agave. We wait patiently for 5 to 7 years allowing each plant to reach its optimal maturity and highest sugar concentration

NUESTRO

ENVASADO

BARREL AGING

Aging takes place in American white oak barrels, carefully chosen for their ability to soften the tequila and enrich it with a golden color, enveloping aromas, and profound flavors. Time in wood allows the agave spirit to evolve-gaining complexity, elegance and character over time.

COOKING

The agave hearts are slowly cooked in traditional masonry ovens. Over 48 hours, their natural sweetness is revealed without losing their essence.

This patient process develops the deep aromas and flavors that define our tequila.

SUGAR EXTRACTION

Once baked, the agave is gently milled to release juices rich in natural sugars and distinctive aromas. This step preserves the purity of the agave plant and ensures that every batch retains the flavor and quality that sets our tequila apart.

FERMENTATION

Fermentation lasts seven days, using champagne yeast to create a refined aromatic profile and a richer depth of flavor. Throughout this time the fermentation room is filled with classical music-a tradition that nurtures harmony and balance, allowing the yeas to thrive and impart subtle layers of elegance and smoothness to our tequila.

DISTILLATION

Our tequila undergoes double distillation to achieve purity, balance, and refinement. This stage concentrates the aromas and flavors developed along the way, ensuring a spirit of exceptional smoothness, character, and quality.
